I use essential cookies to make sure this website works properly.
These cookies support basic functions such as navigating the site, submitting enquiry forms, using the shop, and keeping the site secure. They are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
I do not currently use analytics cookies on this site.

Mailing List
When you subscribe to my mailing list, I collect your name and email address so I can send you quarterly updates about new work, exhibitions, workshops, and other news related to Black Peppercorn Art. Your information is stored securely through Wix (and my email service provider). I will never share or sell your data to third parties. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by using the link provided in each message or by contacting me directly.

Shipping
I currently ship within the UK only.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked (48-hour service).

Orders under £75: £4.50 flat rate

Orders over £75: Free UK shipping
Shipping cost include postage and protective packaging.
If you require 24-hour delivery or an alternative courier, please email me before purchasing and I'll confirm availability and cost.
Shipping rates are reviewed annually in line with Royal Mail pricing.
Returns & Refunds
All works are original, hand-printed pieces. Due to the nature of the process, each print will have slight variations, which are part of its individual character.
If you would like a close-up image of the exact print you will receive, please email me before purchasing - I'm very happy to provide this.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Damaged items
If your order arrived damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can resolve the issue promptly.
Custom & commissioned work
Custom or commissioned works are non-returnable unless faulty.
